Manali - Manali is situated near the end of the valley on the National Highway leading to Leh. The landscape here is breath taking. One sees well-defined snow capped peaks, the Beas river with its clear water meanders through the town. On the other side are deodar and pine trees, tiny fields and fruit orchards. It is an excellent place for a holiday, From temples to antiquity, to picturesque sight-seeing spots and adventure activities, Manali is a popular resort for all seasons and for all travellers.

Kufri - Kufri, at distance of 16 km from Shimla and at an altitude of 2510 m above sea level, is a site offering some famous hikes and wonderful snow for skiing in winters. An enjoyable walk leads up to the Mahasu Peak. The Himalayan Nature Park here has a good collection of animals and birds found in the region.

Rohtang Valley - Rohtang Valley 51 Kms from Manali. Located at a height of 3980 m, the Pass once served as a crucial trade route, and still remains the gateway to the districts of Lahaul and Spiti, provides wonderful views of the entire surroundings. Just beyond the Pass the Sonapani Glacier and the twin peak of Gaypan.

Dharamshala - Dharamshala The High snow clad Dhauladhar ranges form a magnificent backdrop to the hill resort of Dharamsala. This is the principal township of Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh of India and overlooks wide spread of the plains. With dense pine and deodar forests, numerous streams, cool healthy air, attractive surroundings and the nearby snowline, Dharamsala has everything for a perfect holiday. It is full of life and yet peaceful. The headquarters of His Holiness the Dalai Lama are at upper Dharamsala. Covering a wide area in the form of twin settlement, lower Dharamsala (1380m) is a busy commercial centre. While upper Dharamsala (1830m) with the suburbs of Mcleodganj and Forsytheganj, retains a British flavor and colonial lifestyle. The charming church of St. John in the wilderness is situated here and this is the final resting place of Lord Elgin, a British Viceroy of India during the 19th century. There is also a large Tibetan community who have made this place their home.

Dalhousie - Dalhousie is to stand on Dian Kund, the highest peak in Dalhousie, at 9000 ft, where a magnificent panorama lies spread out before one. Facing northwest the Kalatop spur is on the right with the Dalhousie Hills – Bakrota, Tehrah, Kathlug, Potrain and Balun stretching away towards the Ravi. At one time, on a clear day three great rivers – Sutlej, Beas and Ravi could be seem glittering in the sunshine and losing themselves in the plains beyond, which seem to melt away into infinite space. Turning to the left one can see the lofty ranges of the Pir Panjal Range. Dalhousie has managed to maintain a healthy green cover and the mountains are covered with Oak trees, Devdars, Pine, Firs and a variety of other trees and shrubs. The forests are full of wild life including Leopards and Brown Bears.
